Boyan Byanov has a master's degree in Finance and Banking from the Faculty of Economics and Business Administration at the St. Kliment Ohridski University of Sofia. He specialized at the University of Oxford and Northwestern University – Kellogg School of Management. 

His entire career has been dedicated to the banking and financial sector. He has consistently held management positions in lending and servicing individuals and SMEs at First Investment Bank AD and TBI Bank in Bulgaria and Romania. Since 2017, he has been part of the leading German fintech company Raisin, where, in his role as Senior Commercial Director, he is responsible for the company’s partnerships with credit institutions across the Benelux countries, Scandinavia, Iberia, Italy, and Central and Eastern Europe (CEE).
