What are the requirements for applying for a loan?
  • A minimum of 12 months of business history is required (except for products intended for start-up companies). Financing may be granted to sole proprietors or agricultural producers without financial and business history, provided that the requested financing is secured by creditworthy third parties (individuals and/or legal entities) who meet the requirements of BDB Microfinancing and will jointly guarantee the loan servicing and/or upon submission and assessment of a business plan.
  • At the time of applying for financing, the applicant and related parties must not have any current exposure within the group classified higher than “under special monitoring” (according to the Central Credit Register reference).
  • No outstanding public liabilities (to the state budget, the National Social Security Institute, etc.), including a Certificate under Art. 87, para. 6 of the Tax and Social Insurance Procedure Code, to be submitted by the client/co-debtors with the initial set of documents.
  • No enforcement proceedings initiated against the applicant and co-debtors.
  • No pending bankruptcy proceedings (where applicable).
